This page explains what happens to the information you give us when you visit skalerz.com or book a call with us. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who runs this site

skalerz.com is operated by Skalerz, the Scale by AI program founded by Ash Simons and run by a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. If you want to reach a human about anything on this page, book a slot on the call link on the home page and say so.

What we collect

• What you type into the booking form: your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your business. You choose what to put there.
• Basic technical information your browser sends to our host when a page loads, such as the page requested and an approximate location derived from your network address. This is used to serve the site and to keep it up.

We do not run advertising pixels on this site, we do not sell data, and we do not buy lists.

Who else sees it

• Calendly handles the booking form and the calendar embed. Anything you type into it is processed by them under their own privacy terms.
• Cloudflare hosts and serves this site, which means it processes the request logs described above.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces used here, so a font request reaches Google when a page loads.

Nobody else. We do not share what you tell us with any other company, and we do not pass your details to partners or affiliates.

Why we keep it

To answer you, to prepare for the call you booked, and to follow up about working together. If you become a client we keep what we need to deliver the work and to meet our accounting obligations. If you do not, we keep the conversation so we do not pitch you a second time as though the first never happened.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry records are kept for up to three years from the last time we spoke, then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Say so on a call or in a reply to any email we send you, and we will action it within thirty days. You can unsubscribe from anything we send at any time using the link in the message.

Cookies

We do not set cookies for tracking or advertising. The Calendly embed may set its own cookies to make the booking flow work, which are governed by Calendly's policy linked above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no archive, so the version you are reading is the one in force.
