These terms cover this website and the free call you can book on it. They are not the contract for the program itself. If you join, you sign a separate agreement that sets out scope, price, payment schedule and what each side commits to.

Who you are dealing with

skalerz.com is operated by Skalerz, the Scale by AI program founded by Ash Simons and run by a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. In these terms, we and us mean Skalerz, and you means the person reading this page.

Using this site

You may read this site, share links to it, and book a call. You may not copy the copy, the structure or the assets to build a competing offer, and you may not scrape it at volume or try to break it. The name, the logo and the material on this site belong to us.

What this site is not

Everything on this page is a description of a service and an invitation to have a conversation. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, it is not business advice, and it is not financial advice. Nothing here creates a contract until both sides sign one.

Results

The numbers and examples shown on this site describe systems we have built and outcomes we have seen. They are not a promise of what your business will do. What you get out of any program depends on your offer, your market, your team and the work you put in, and none of those are things we control. We do not guarantee revenue, leads or any specific result.

The free call

The call is free and there is no obligation on either side. We will tell you honestly if we think we are not the right answer for your situation. If you do not show up and do not cancel, we may decline to rebook you. Calls may be recorded for our own notes, and we will tell you at the start if that is happening.

Third party services

Booking runs on Calendly and the site is served by Cloudflare. Their availability is not something we control, and if one of them has an outage the booking form may be unavailable for a while. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for what is on them.

Liability

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss arising from using this site or acting on anything you read here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the version on this page is the one that applies from that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and the courts of the State of New Mexico have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.
