    What we built
    • Next.js site rebuilt via github.com/simberthon/bangkokpodcaststudio-redesign (last pushed 2026-08-17).
    • GEO/local-SEO article program running against the domain (LUN-5738, completed 2026-08-17).
    • Booking flow wired through a third-party platform (Podyx) with DNS + UTM attribution work (LUN-6047, LUN-1402).

    What we built
    • Static Next.js export, Tailwind v4, Framer Motion, React Three Fiber/Three.js hero (per repo README, bangkok-ai-school).
    • Built and deployed per LUN-4542 (completed 2026-08-04); iterated for real photo integration and Lighthouse perf fixes (LUN-5965/5966 area).
    • Domain mailbox set up to support a Claude Partner Network application under the agency entity (LUN-5898, completed 2026-08-19).
